Mechanical Solutions
Mechanical Services Solutions was formed in November 2004. It is the last link in the chain, and is now an integral part of the Group's structure, being formed to ensure that the control and fast-tracking of projects within the shopfitting and fitting-out sector are all carried out in-house, controlled by integral management teams here in Hailsham.
Richard Ryan, the manager of MSS having been within the industry for 31 years, has a wealth of experience in small and medium installation, both within the design and installation parameters, leading on to planned maintenance and servicing.
The company management has experience of all aspects of mechanical services, and presently is involved in both 'in-house' type E&F Group projects and external independent contracts; these include condition reports, validation surveys and feasibility studies prior to tender, and on-going value engineering project management to troubleshoot, systems¹ investigations and proposal reporting.
